I'm Mason Wright (aka. Buff Runner). Sports Dietitian. Ultra Endurance Athlete. I was the 1st American & 3rd person in history to run 1,000 miles around a track, I ran 421 miles across the state of Utah, and have run countless other ultra marathons, marathons, & triathlons to prove nutrition is everything.

I weigh over 200 lbs. I am not the "traditional runner". But that's exactly the point and why I know how to build a fuel plan that holds up when everything gets hard.
